We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but if your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, Netherlands. We currently offer EU shipping, so you can bring a piece of Vanillette Ceramics into your home, no matter where you are!
How long does it take to receive my order?
As all pieces are handmade in small batches, shipping times may vary. We do our best to ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey to you.
